Poltical reform latest; June 4 debate (14 May 2004)

Tonight's programme includes the latest developments in the political reform saga. Despite the Central Government ruling out full democracy for Hong Kong, for the next few years at least, here the Chief Secretary produces another report which identifies areas for possible advancement. There's also a report on the annual debate on a motion calling for the 1989 pro-democracy movement to be vindicated.
