The program invites Nicholas Chan, an organizer of Alliance for Universal Pension to comment on issue of retirement protection. For government, they concern about sustainable issue of the universal retirement protection and the issue of aging population that Hong Kong may not have enough young people to support the universal retirement costs in the future because of the low birth rate. The host mentions that lots of European countries who implement universal retirement right now are in financial distress, they cannot pay a lot of their social welfare costs and lots of citizens from those countries are so burdened with high taxes that they are actually fleeing to Hong Kong. Nicholas explains that they suggested to have fixed amount for universal retirement not exactly same as European counties to pay the costs same as their salary, therefore the problem may not happen
