Online Serials Recommendation Form    This recommendation form makes use of Javascript and works best with Netscape 3.0 and above. If you have any problem using this form, please print a hardcopy and fax the completed form to 2838-6231. All recommended titles that are not found in the library collection will be collated once a year around April and sent to Program Directors for endorsement and prioritization.
