Vision
The Chiang Chen Information Commons will be the central point of access to information in all formats, and will provide services that will allow students and faculty to transform information into knowledge.
　

Goals

To facilitate the creation of knowledge and innovations in teaching and learning.

To provide integrated support services for those who need information , pedagogy, and technical services.

To promote synergy among members of the University community who are responsible for information services, pedagogy, and information technology in order to support teaching and learning.
