Starting from 18 January 2012, please use your Lingnan Email user name and password to login to the system to request Inter Library Loan items. You may also refer to this guide for your reference.
Interlibrary Loan Services are provided to all staff, postgraduates and UGC-funded undergraduate students of the University.
Before making your request, please read our policy on user eligibility, charges and quotas for different user groups; as well as the copyright restrictions. If you haven't checked our library catalogue, please do so now. We will not process requests for items which are already available at the Lingnan University Library.
For staff, postgraduates and final year students:

To make a request, you may either
| logon on to ILLiad (restricted to Lingnan access); |

| OR fill an application form and return it to the Library in person, by campus mail or by fax to 2891-4522. You may pick up an application form at the Circulation Counter. |

ILLiad is an online Interlibrary Loan system that provides the following services:
| Submit your online ILL request at anytime |
|
| Buildup your personal information that can be modified by you when necessary |
|
| Receive and print the electronic article |
|
| Check the latest processing status of your request |
|
| View your request history to avoid duplicate submission |
For Year 1 - 2 UGC-funded students requesting overseas book loan:

To make a request, please fill an application form and return it to the Library. The application form is available in either PDF or MS-WORD format.
