    Please be informed that during the above-mentioned period, access to CityU Library by the following members from other UGC institutions will be limited to non-busy hours of the day (5:01 p.m. -- 11:00 p.m. Mon to Fri (except Public Holiday), 2:01 p.m. -- 11:00 p.m. Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) only:

  • 2016 Library User Satisfaction Survey (6-20 Apr)

    Dear all,

    2016 Library User Satisfaction Survey (6-20 Apr) is the annual Library survey that we have conducted since 1997.  The aim is to identify the areas which need improvement and to render a service which is relevant to users’ needs and expectations. It would be much appreciated if you could kindly fill in this survey. This should not take more than 5 minutes. Please note that your answers will be treated with complete confidentiality and will be entirely anonymous.

  • Moments in Time: Photo Exhibition by Kelven Cheung (until 20 May 2016)

    Moments in Time: Photo Exhibition by Kelven Cheung

    We are pleased to announce that the Library is now organizing a photo exhibition named "Moments in Time: Photo Exhibition by Kelven Cheung".  Kelven is an alumnus of Lingnan University, graduated from the Master of Cultural Studies Programme in 2010.

    Kelven said that “Images and language are ephemeral under this fast changing living condition.  As a freelance photographer, it is a natural reaction for me to record the touching moments of city life, nature and people.”

  • Talk on Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement (31 March 2016)

    In the talk, a Divisional Commander from the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department will be here to introduce to the participants the roles of the department on enforcing the intellectual property right law, as well as the issues of the Copyright (Amendment) Bill.

  • Open Forum: Library Renovation Project (March 2016)

    During the last few months, our architect consultant has been busy working on a plan to renovate the Library in the next few years. The goals of the renovation are to create new and better space to meet your future learning and research needs and to accommodate the increasing number of library materials.
