  • Booktalk at Library (19 Apr 2016)

     Booktalk at Library: 《療傷之旅——與你一起經歷喪親之痛》

    參加同學將獲1 ILP學分(智育發展) 或1 LEAP 積點,請登入以下網址 https://goo.gl/rTRXeM 作登記。

    失去至親,一別就是永別,經歷的何止是椎心的哀慟?我們必先了解並正視喪失摯愛對人的打擊,才能想辦法協助自己或親朋重返生活軌跡。
    本書的寫作目的,就是希望使讀者明白:
     (一)喪親後的反應並沒有「正常」與「不正常」;
    (二)怎樣幫助自己或喪親者走出死亡的幽谷;
    (三)雖然摯愛已逝,人生不再一樣,但有些價值,例如連繫彼此的愛、亡者的優點,
    不僅不會因亡者不在而消逝,反而會更深化與明顯。當喪親者重燃希望,不再對人生卻步,那麼傷痛可說不療而癒了。
