Thank you for your participation to complete the LibQUAL+ Library Survey 2023!
We appreciate your invaluable input which will help our Library to improve our services in the future. Eligible individual participants provided with Lingnan email should have been informed of the arrangements for the participation gifts distribution on 9 May 2023. A Lucky Draw was conducted on 9 May 2023 and each prize winner will be informed via email of the prize collection arrangement.
The survey results will be shared with you once it is available.
Lucky Draw and Participation Gifts
All staff and students are encouraged to participate in the Library Survey. Staff and students who have provided their Lingnan email addresses are entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw to win the following prize!
What's more? The first 200 participants who complete the survey with their Lingnan email addresses will also be eligible to receive a participation gift from other sponsors!
Confidentiality
To ensure that only Lingnan University's current staff and students are eligible to participate in this Survey and/or for those opting into the participation gift and Lucky Draw, Lingnan user login authentication and/or Lingnan email will be required when completing the survey. However, please be assured that the LibQUAL+ survey system does not record any personal information or data related to privacy nor pass any personal info to the survey system. The email addresses collected will not be associated with the survey responses.

Terms and Conditions
- Only Lingnan University's current staff and students are eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw after completing the online survey on/before 2 May 2023.
- Each eligible participant can only enter the Lucky Draw once.
- The Lucky Draw will take place in May 2023 in the Library Lobby, and prizes will be drawn at random. Details of the Lucky Draw will be announced and available in the Library's Facebook / Instagram account.
- The Lucky Draw and participation gift winners will be notified by Lingnan email directly.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- Staff from the Lingnan University Library are permitted to complete the survey but will not be eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
- In the event of any disputes, Lingnan University Library reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a person to participate in the Lucky Draw and/or receive the prize.
