Please note that this event may be photographed, videotaped, and/or screen-captured for Lingnan University (including but not limited to the Library) and co-organisers (if any) record-keeping, educational and promotional purposes and in future promotional and marketing materials including but not limited to the University’s websites, publications, and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WeiBo, and etc.). By attending, you consent to be photographed, videotaped, and/or screen-captured, and give permission to the University to use of your image(s) for the aforesaid purposes.

If you have concerns or wish to opt out of close-up photos, please contact library@ln.edu.hk in advance or speak with staff at the registration desk on the day.
