Objective

This session will introduce Westlaw Classic resources and functionalities. It will provide an overview of the Westlaw Classic platform content, as well as demonstrate the search and browse functionality to better equip you to efficiently navigate and find primary and secondary sources of law. The session covers: Navigating the feature and functionalities of Westlaw Classic; Searching or browsing the content, focusing on Case Law, Statute & Court Rules and Secondary Sources; Conducting legal research and locating the relevant results using post-search filters; Explore the West Topics & Key Numbers system; Accessing the training and Support materials.

 

This workshop includes featured databases and/or AI tools beyond our current subscription package.
