在北區一間小學，小朋友日夜操練，練的不是補充練習，而是自己的心靈。三年前，方子蘅來到這間小學，第一次當上校長。她在校園大力推動心靈教育，小朋友在學校學習靜觀，學習感恩，在課程加入生命教育、啟夢者計劃，她希望小朋友在學校知識上有長進，心靈亦要同步成長。校長二十多年來的教學旅途，是甚麼驅使她對心靈教育如此重視？
