「民以食為先」,廚師向來也予人大師傅的感覺。以前的廚師,都是跟師傅,拜師學藝似的,然後再代代相傳。但現今的廚師,似乎再不是像以前那一套,而是更有系統、更有規範,但相反,現時的廚師卻反而沒有了大師傅的感覺,究竟以前在廚房工作和現今的有什麼不一樣的地方?
