Latest survey had come up from the Hong Kong University said that the index for happiness in Hong Kong is at a record low. Why is that? We have unaffordable homes, we have rising rents, we have over a million poor people, yet we have a handful of so-called tycoons who control many aspects of Hong Kong society. Are Hong Kong people today getting a fair deal? The program invites Fernando Cheung (Legislator of the Labour Party) and Andy Kwan (an economist) to talk about the Hong Kong governance in housing and lend policy
