[Can you disobey the rule of law for a higher principle?] (30 Nov 2014)

Printer-friendlyPrinter-friendly

Mr. Alan Leong, a leader of the Civil Party, would talk about the rule of law and the Occupy movement in this program. He said the court injunction was not meticulously explained to the people in Mongkok to the point where they understand what the injunction was, because he was saying that if they had not understand the injunction and therefore they violated the injunction, they could then be held before the courts and be found guilty of violating without having understood the injunction. In addition, students said they will now think of escalating their action, perhaps surrounding the Central Government Offices and other government buildings. Does Mr. Leong think action should be escalated?
