It's a time of flux on the mainland. In Dalian, unemployed workers in the garment industry blame the government for their woes. Those who do have jobs bank on learning new skills in order to stay on the job. In Guizhou, farmers also acquire new expertise, but they have to leaving their hearth and home to do so. And in Beijing, other farmers realise that there's no future in growing wheat and corn. So they learn from Mexico's experience.
