The police are accused that the way they handled the Hong Kong protestors in the Occupy Movement were torture and brutality. The program invites Jacob Cheung Tak-keung (Assistant Commissioner of Police, Operations) explains what actions had to be taken in the operations. In addition, almost a thousand of people were arrested during the Occupy period. How does the police force decide who to arrest, who to charge, and who will bring to justice?
