After a media blitz, and on the advice of afung shui expert, Hong Kong Disneyland opened on Monday 12th September. We look at the visit of Vice President Zeng Qinghong, and at the opening itself, and talk to two of the local entities – Lee Kum Kee and Maxim's – who have joined forces with the Magic Kingdom. Hungary's Social-Democrat Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany was in Hong Kong briefly last weekend. He's trying to build stronger ties between his country and others in the Asia-Pacific region. In an exclusive TV interview, The Pulse spoke to him about Hungary's connections with the region, and about how his country made its own transition from single-party rule to a coalition government. The beauty business has long been aiming at the discretionary income of women. Increasingly though a new group of male "metrosexuals" is getting more concerned about personal appearance. We talk to Hong Kong's first male-only beauty salon, Mence, the publishers of "Men's Uno", and other companies and individuals cashing in on men's beauty concerns.
