The program invites Allan Chiang (Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data) to talk about how effective does the "Do-not-call" registers work in Hong Kong. In part 2, Mr. Chiang focuses on 3 areas to demonstrate how the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data to enforce the protection of privacy law so as to benefit people. They include ordinance amendment, in particular, to protect unwanted direct marketing approaches. Secondly, ensure corporate governance implements the privacy management program. And finally adopt naming policy, i.e. name organizations which have found to be contravening the law
