Draft national security law unveiled; preservation of historical buildings (13 Feb 2003)

In tonight's programme: the administration releases the text of the anti-subversion bill. After a three-month public consultation exercise and several changes to the original proposals, the bill is now ready for presentation to the Legislative Council. There's also a report on the preservation of Hong Kong's remaining historical buildings, with legislators and conservationists calling for a more comprehensive policy.
