On Wednesday and Thursday this week the International Herald Tribune hosts a conference on Luxury Branding in HK. Media Watch looks at the relationship between fashion magazines and big name brands and designers. Do they really have editorial content or is it all just one big shoppig magazine? Two new magazines opened recently and they could hardly be more different. One is aimed at millionaires and would-be millionaires; the other is aimed at senior citizens. We talk to editors and publishers. On Saturday RTHK's TV advisory panel held a seminar on the future of RTHK and Public Broadcasting in HK In Movie Watch Geoffrey Wong talks on Maggie Cheung's new film "Clean" directed by her ex-husband Olivier Assayas. And the annual Operation Santa Claus launches this week.
