Printer-friendlyPrinter-friendly

Tonight's programme has the latest on the controversy surrounding the Financial Secretary, Antony Leung, who bought a luxury car in late January, only a few weeks before increasing vehicle registration tax in the budget. Mr. Leung has described his action as a mistake, denying that he'd sought to avoid tax and promising a sizeable donation to charity. The case has thrown the spotlight on the Chief Executive's "accountability system".
