Discusses the lack of rationale for Hong Kong's bid to host the Asian Games. Hong Kong is competing with Kuala Lumpur and New Delhi to host the Asian Games. Many criticize the decision since Hong Kong will have to spend at least HK $1 billion to upgrade sports facilities. HRH Tunku Imran (President, Olympic Council of Malaysia) says that Kuala Lumpur has the best facilities as well as experience in hosting the Commonwealth Games. Andrew Cheng Kar-foo (Legislator), Timothy Fok Tsun-ting (Legislator), Roy Chan Chin-ming (Department of Sports Science & Physical Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong) and Chris Perry (Head Rowing Coach, Hong Kong Rowing Team) discuss the problems of the bid.
