In the past 50 years or so, the Hong Kong Government has earned considerable praise around the world for its efforts in providing the public with reasonable housing. However, in these tough times of late, it's the SAR administration's public housing policy that has come under fire. One of the many questions is: Why are there tens of thousands of housing units kept vacant while so many families are in need of them?
