Tonight's programme reports on plans to "re-launch" Hong Kong on the world stage, now that the SARS outbreak appears to be under control. With the World Health Organisation lifting its advisory notice against travel to the territory, and neighbouring Guangdong Province, numerous promotional campaigns are underway to restore confidence and to encourage business tavellers and tourists to return.
