Tonight's programme reports on lobbying efforts by local and mainland officials aiming to persuade the World Health Organisation to lift its advisory notice against non-emergency travel to Hong Kong. Despite encouraging progress in the battle against the outbreak, the advisory remains -- for now. Also, the pro-democracy camp challenges the administration over the independence of official bodies such as the Equal Opportunities Commission, set up to ensure compliance with public policy, and areas of the law.
