<p>The government has started to amend the Chief Executive election ordinance, it will limit the term of the new Chief Executive to the two remaining years of Tung Chee-hwa&#39;s term instead of a full five years. Is this the right thing to do? And is the next Chief Executive definitely going to be Donald Tsang, now that Henry Tang has decided not to run?
