<p>This program would talk about government restructuring and filibustering with Miss Audrey Eu, who is a Civil Party legislator. For the government restructuring, she think it is better to have consultation before making decision and follow the usual process is necessary, however, Mr. C. Y. Leung did not have any consultation before he wants a new government restructuring. In addition, she said it is the third time that chief executives ask for government restructuring and legislative council went through twice. For example, Mr. Tung and Mr. Tsang asked for political assistants and said they would do more district work but finally it did not happen. Besides, she would talk about her feeling on filibustering.</p>
