[Interview with Undersecretary for the Environment, Christine Loh] (29 Nov 2015)

The program invites Ms. Christine Loh, undersecretary for the environment to talk about climate change and the report released by government. The report suggested to reduce coal output and natural gas is suggested to replace the coal output. Ms. Loh also said that Hong Kong does not have land for massive solar farms and wind farms, so we can consider to have solar plants, etc. Besides, Ms. Loh would also response for the following questions: How is she going to get Hong Kong people to adopt a low carbon, lower energy use lifestyle? How is government going to push the rest of their policies if there has constant filibustering and judicial review and so on?
