Today's guest Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges, the CEO of Hong Kong Jockey Club, will talk about the following things of gambling in Hong Kong. Firstly, he attacked the government for its archaic laws and that these laws don't relax gambling rules and let the bookies cashing in. If government allows him to do that, is it encouraging people of gambling? So should Hong Kong have casinos? Secondly, Hong Kong will held the Olympic Games - Equestrian, is it worth $1.2 billion to hold this event in Hong Kong? What do we get back in return? Lastly, Hong Kong Jockey Club is looking at a plan where can make better use of two race course on non-racing days. What is his idea of how to use these places?
