<p>The Civil Human Rights Front which organised the two huge July 1 marches in 2003 and 2004 has decided to stage another march next week. But no one expects as big a turnout this time around. So why hold another demonstration, just days after the new Chief Executive Donald Tsang has been sworn in? What do the organisers hope to achieve? Discuss these issues with Y.K.
