Tonight's programme reports on the annual mass gathering to commemorate the victims of the crackdown on the pro-democracy movement in Beijing, in 1989. Tens of thousands of demonstrators gathered for a candle-lit vigil in Hong Kong's Victoria Park, with attention this year also focused on the new national security laws currently going through the Legislative Council. Also tonight, the head of the government's "Team Clean", John Tsang, talks about plans to improve public hygiene in the wake of the SARS crisis.
