He is Hong Kong's best known democracy campaigner, both at home and abroad. But after serving as chairman of the Democratic Party for eight years -- the maximum term allowed -- it is time for him to stand aside. Tonight, Martin Lee is in the studio to discuss the development of the party he helped to create, the chances of democratic progress for the SAR, and what he sees as the obstacles in the way.
