The structure of hard coral is similar to human bones. In Vietnam, clinical research to replace human bones with coral is being done. Researchers explain the benefits of the technique, which eliminates a patient's chance from contracting contagious diseases. Experts fear that the 2.5 million AIDS orphans in Kenya, a lost generation of unsupervised children, will lead to a new crime wave. An AIDS victim talks about her plans for her children. Although many orphanages do not admit orphans of AIDS parents, some Kenyans are starting to adopt orphans. Interviews a couple who takes in and cares for these children.
