[Nude celebrities on the Internet] (17 Feb 2008)

Today we have Sin Chung-kai (Democratic Party Legislator) and Mervyn Cheung (member of Obscene Articles Tribunal) to talk about the celebrities' nude pictures on the internet. Somebody stole these pictures from a celebrity's hard drive and uploaded them onto the Internet. Are the pictures obscene? After all those pictures are posted on the magazines or newspapers, the police commissioner said that "Anybody who looked at those pictures or had them in their possession could be guilty." Are police becomes the judge and the jury? Why they can say that to the public? Why they dealing with this case in such urgency and high-profile way? Are they too over acting? Also how could we deal with the similar case in the past or future?
