It ’ s never been a secret that Hong Kong relies heavily on the Chinese mainland for much of the food its people consume, including, of course, vegetables. However, there are still a number of vegetable farmers in the great metropolis that is Hong Kong. Some of them have responded to the Government ’ s call to go organic. How are they faring? What are the challenges confronting them?
