Points out that Hong Kong's road and traffic conditions are not suitable for safe cycling. Cyclists criticize the Transport Department for often being reactive in making bicycle path safe for cycling. They also criticize car drivers for being inconsiderate and they advocate the rights and needs of cyclists. Looks at the prospect of a British cantopop singer and a hardcore underground music group, "King Lychee", which sings songs about social issues. Observes that Hong Kong cantopop singers focus more on packaging themselves than on their singing and that the chance for a subculture to survive in Hong Kong is slim.
