Tonight's programme examines the latest efforts to overcome the Sars outbreak, as well as plans to relaunch Hong Kong on the international stage once the crisis is over. There's also a report on a debate in the Legislative Council on a motion of no confidence in the Financial Secretary, Antony Leung, over his purchase of a new car a few weeks before raising new vehicle registration tax in the Budget.
