This program would talk about the issue of mainland baby urinated in Mong Kok, and the issue on constitution reform with Mr. Raymond Tam, the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs. Mr. Tam would give his opinions on the issue that mainland netizens asking people to come to Hong Kong on Labour Day and bring their little babies to urinate in Hong Kong streets. Besides, many people say that there seems to be no compromise on universal suffrage as of now at the end of consultation period. What needs to happen before we can have a package that goes through Legislative Council? Mr. Tam would response to the question
