Sixty Years On (III) - Haunting Memories (03 Nov 2005)

Printer-friendlyPrinter-friendly

There are some 260,000 children in Hong Kong under the age of 15 who are sons and daughters of poor families. About Hong Kong, being just a tiny British Colony in the early 1940's, has never been prominently featured in the world's accounts of the Second World War. But many people of the territory still recall the gallant defensive battles that took place and the subsequent three years and eights months of occupation. Join us in this episode to meet some of them in Sixty Years On (III) – Haunting Memories on Hong Kong Connection.
