In recent years, people in Hong Kong who have chosen to join marches and other activities to demonstrate dissent have taken the risk of being charged with obstruction and assault when confronted with officers of law enforcement.  What are the reasons?  Have demonstrators been behaving badly or have the police been instructed to be tough?  Producer: Kwong Chui-kuen
