城市人,生活逼人,強調競爭,成年人為工作打併,學生為學業爭分奪秒,靜靜觀察自己呼吸三數分鐘,似乎也太奢侈。 近年,學童自殺問題嚴重,引起社會迴嚮,更有小學將靜觀修習,作為常規課程,加強心靈培育,讓學童在成長路上,遇到逆境都可以同情緒相處。 靜觀是透過觀察呼吸、身體狀況,專注當下的練習,接納浮現的情緒,無論喜怒哀樂,不加批判。
