To facilitate users to settle Library payment more conveniently anytime and anywhere, the Library is delighted to announce the launch of a new Online Payment System. The fine and fee types include but are not limited to overdue fines and replacement costs. Card application fees for different types of users can also be handled via the new platform in due course.

The access to the system is simple, by clicking “Pay Online” at your Library Account or links in relevant Library Notices email and following the on-screen instructions to settle your outstanding fines and fees by your credit card.

In addition to online payment, Octopus Card is also accepted at our Service Counter. As Octopus cannot be topped up at the counter, please make sure that the amount in your Octopus is sufficient for the payment. Cash and cheques are NOT accepted.

Users are warmly reminded to clear any outstanding fines (and checkouts) before graduation, suspension or withdrawal of studies, staff exit clearance and/or expiration of library membership, to avoid any suspension of library privileges and withheld of graduation certificates from the Registry.
