The Library obtained free quota from one of the major database platforms, ScienceDirect from 1 to 20 November 2020. With the free quota, you can view and download the non-subscribed journal articles from this platform. Please note that the free download quota is available on a first come first served basis.

Procedure for downloading articles on ScienceDirect

Step 1

When you have clicked into the details page of an article on ScienceDirect, you will see the "Download PDF" link on the page.

Step 2

• If this article is already under Lingnan University's current subscription, you will be directed to download the PDF file after clicking on the "Download PDF" link.
• If the article is NOT under Lingnan University's current subscription, you will be directed to the following page. Please click on the "Continue" button to continue and download the PDF file.
