The Library obtained free access quota from one of the major database platforms, ScienceDirect from 11 to 31 October 2021. With the free quota, you can view and download the non-subscribed journal articles from this platform. Please note that the free quota is available on a first-come first-served basis.

Procedure for downloading articles on ScienceDirect

Step 1

When you have clicked into the details page of an article on ScienceDirect, you will see the "Download PDF" link on the page.

Step 2

• If this article is already under Lingnan University's current subscription, you will be directed to download the PDF file after clicking on the "Download PDF" link.
• If the article is NOT under Lingnan University's current subscription, you will be directed to the following page. Please click on the "Continue" button to continue and download the PDF file.
