In addition to collecting books and providing study space, the Library organises different types of events to offer diverse learning experiences and a platform for idea exchange in the Lingnan community, reinforcing the Library’s commitment to serving as the intellectual and cultural hub of Lingnan University.

Activity Room (1/F Zone A)
Activity Room is primarily used for hosting various activities, such as booktalk, Library workshops, and seminars. When there are no scheduled events, this space also serves as a Collaborative Study Area. |

Café (1/F Zone A)
Café is a relaxing area with comfortable sofas and seating for leisure reading, informal discussion and networking. During events, users can enjoy light beverages in the Café. Since December 2021, the Library has co-organised a series of Refreshh! COFFEE events with the Chaplain's Office to transform the Café into a welcoming retreat where students can unwind, brew pour-over coffee, and take a break from academic stress. The Library welcomes future collaborations in the Café to further support student well-being and development. |

Exhibition Area (1/F Zone A)
The Library hosts a diverse range of exhibitions to celebrate students' cultural achievements, featuring paintings, artwork, and artefacts. Additionally, we partner with cultural and community organisations to curate engaging displays, further enriching the campus and the Library experience. |
