Council / Court Members Library Card Application

Council / Court Members of the University are welcome to apply for Library Card to access the Library and use the facilities. For details, please refer to https://www.library.ln.edu.hk/about/information-and-services-affiliated-users/council-members
 

Application Procedures

  1. Complete the Library Card Application Form below
  2. Provide and submit a recent colour passport size photo in accordance with the requirement as stated in Application Form below

Processing / Replacement Fee

  1. The Library will reply within 7 working days upon receipt of the application
  2. The Library Card application is free of charge for new application
  3. HK$50 will be charged for card replacement in case of loss or damage

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Library Card application is considered on an individual basis. The Library reserves the right to reject any new / renewal application
  2. The Library Card is not transferable
  3. If the Library Card is lost or damaged, report to the Library as soon as possible
  4. All Library Notices will be sent by email only
  5. The Library reserves the right to amend or change all the terms and conditions at any time without issuing further notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Library shall be final and binding
