The book "Inseparable" by Prof. Yunte HUANG nominated for the US National Book Critics Circle Award

The recent publication of Prof. Yunte Huang, Tong Tin Sun Chair Professor of English, Inseparable: The Original Siamese Twins and Their Rendezvous with American History, has been nominated for the National Book Critics Circle Award, which is one of the most prominent book awards in the United States. It is a book about the exceptional lives of a pair of Siamese conjoined twins in the context of nineteenth century America. 

This book has also been named one of the Best Books of the Year in 2018 by Newsweek, New York Times,  San Francisco Chronicle and National Public Radio.
