The Library provides different types of bookable study space for private and collaborative study. The space can be booked through the Library Rooms/Facilities Booking System, which is available to all current students.
Staff members should contact the Office of Campus Development and Management for booking other campus facilities.

Individual Study Rooms
11 Individual Study Rooms located on the 1/F, designed for private and quiet study.

Booking Rules:
- Bookings will be served on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Bookings of 2 consecutive sessions can be made.
- Concurrent bookings of 2 rooms/carrels are NOT allowed.
- To claim the rooms/carrels, users are required to tap their LU Cards on the readers outside, following the instructions of the card required and the tapping order.
- The bookings are not transferable. The rooms/carrels are reserved for those who booked them only.
- The room/carrel will be released to others if the user does not show up after 15 minutes.
- No-show without making any cancellation will count against the quota limit.
- Users are responsible for the loss and damage of equipment used.
- The Library reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice.
- All Library Users are reminded to observe the Library Regulations.
- Regulations will be subject to change without prior notice.
