As the Chief Information Officer and University Librarian, I am committed to provide strategic leadership and direction in the development of information technology and library services in support for the mission of the University. I am responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Information Officer and University Librarian as well as handling daily office work of the Library and the Chief Information Officer and University Librarian Administration Office.
Mr Gregory CHAN
Administrative Officer
Gregory oversees the daily operation of the General Office, and provides administrative support to the preparation of annual budget exercise, meetings and events, as well as compiling management reports. Gregory also acts as the ITSC liaison person to the HR Office, Joint Universities Computer Centre, and other outside parties.

I am responsible for the development and maintenance of different library systems, such as shared integrated library system and the Library website. I will also explore feasibility and apply different solutions to integrate and automate the Library workflow in an effective manner.
Research Support & Archives
Ms Sheila CHEUNG (張思蕾)
Senior Assistant Librarian (Research Support and Archives)
Oversee the development and implementation of suite of services to support the research lifecycle for Lingnan researchers at all levels. Also responsible for the development, maintenance, promotion and curricular use of University’s Archives and Special Collections.
Collection Development & Management
Ms Asma KHAN (簡詩敏)
Collection Development and Management Librarian
I am responsible for developing a fit-for-purpose collection for the Library and managing the whole life-cycle of a collection. I will plan and monitor the use of library materials budgets and expenditures, and foster productive working relationships with academics and researchers on their library materials needs and recommendations. All users are welcome to contact me for any collection development issues.
