The Library conducts regular surveys to evaluate users’ satisfaction level towards the quality of library resources, services and facilities. The surveys aims to determine the satisfaction of the library users who have used the library services. From the results of the surveys, the Library can learn about the needs of the library users and continue to review and update the existing library services to meet the learning, teaching and research needs of the library users.
